Domestic Return and Refund Policy 

• Terms of return: must be within 30 days from shipping date.
• If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, I require that you contact me by email within 5 business days of delivery, and I will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
• State of return: item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and not damaged.
• Process for return and refund: to initiate a return, contact me at lisa@faithandfreedombling.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If this item was damaged in shipping, I will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship item(s) using the carrier of your choice. I will refund your payment as soon as I have received the item(s) back from you in its original packaging and condition it was shipped to you in.
• Canceling an order: To cancel an order, please contact me at lisa@faithandfreedombling.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, I will immediately refund your payment. If your order has already shipped, I will refund your payment as soon as I have received the item(s) back from you from the carrier of your choice in its original packaging and condition it was shipped to you in.
